Consulting for French Industrial Firm - September 2008

Contracted to negotiate an important contract with the Australian Federation of Tennis (AFT), Sloane Group was assigned to prepare a negotiation matrix, to translate technical documentation to English and to liaise with all involved parties to complete discussions before provided deadlines. Our client, a French industrial firm, which innovation in the building of clay tennis courts, had placed a strong emphasis on the urgency of these negotiations and on the necessity to reach a favorable agreement.

After only a few days of preparation, Sloane Group effectively and successfully led all negotiations and reached a positive outcome with the AFT on behalf of the French Firm.

What followed was the contractual delivery of several new clay tennis courts in Melbourne in preparation to upcoming international tournaments and the Australia Open.
