Sloane Group has delivered over 4 months of Sales Force and Administration Management Consulting for a private college in Central London. The Client specializes in Management and Business Education. After 5 years of operations, the owner has decided to act boldly to improve its staff's sales efficiency and administrative capability.

While implementing daring resolutions to better monitor current sales and prospective clients, Sloane Group was also required to train several administrators and managers to acquire new skills such as: time management, effective deal-closing techniques, communication effectiveness and inter-personal skills and professional conduct in the work place. This engagement resulted into the preparation of an interview with the British Accreditation Council and its inspectors, validating the quality of the academic programs on offer and the overall administrative process.
